Jhummi Mantri
Jhummi started her career with  IFCI in 2001 as a Management Trainee, on completion of her CA article ship. She has been handling Taxation, Accounts, and Asset Classification.  She has grown from being a trainee to Manager and is today a Senior Associate Vice President. Working across different segments in the Accounts Department, she has acquired domain expertise and experience.

Pooja S Mahajan
Pooja joined IFCI in 2002 as a Management Trainee and since then there has been no looking back. She has handled profiles in varied fields like Corporate Communications, Human Resources & Training, Business Development & Advisory. Now a Vice President, she credits IFCI with providing her opportunities  to work on a variety of initiatives.

Rajeev Arora
Rajeev  joined IFCI after working for seven years in various new-generation private sector banks. At IFCI, he was initially posted in the Resources Deptt., where he looked after mobilization and servicing of Family Deposits (Fixed Deposits). He later on moved on to work as  Executive Assistant to Advisor (Corporate Affairs). He also had a  brief tenure as Relationship Manager in the Credit Deptt., which was followed by another  stint in the Resources Deptt. looking after Assets-Liability Management (ALM) along with SLR servicing and restructuring of IFCI's liabilities.
As a Vice President, he is presently serving as Managing Director of HARDICON Ltd.

Rashmi Sachdev
Rashmi joined IFCI as a Management Trainee (Legal) in July 2002. At IFCI, she has been working on cases related to recovery, ensuring  compliances, handling Civil  and Criminal matters, representing the company in cases as well as providing legal counsel. As a Vice President, she handles  legal and recovery matters at Delhi Regional Office as well as key assignments for the Head Office.

V Anish Babu
Anish first joined IFCI, nine years back as a Management Trainee. During this period, he has worked on Management & Resolution of Non Performing Assets and  Appraisal of Non - infrastructure projects.  He has been involved in the resolution of NPAs through restructuring and negotiated settlements as well as formulation of rehabilitation packages under BIFR and CDR. Currently a Senior Associate Vice President , he believes that IFCI is well placed and poised to make a mark in the rapidly changing financial landscape.
