IFCI Infrastructure Development Ltd. (IIDL), a wholly owned subsidiary, has been promoted by IFCI to leverage its expertise in the emerging infrastructure and real estate sector. Besides re-development, modernization, ownership and management of properties owned by IFCI, IIDL strategically develops properties acquired through NPA resolution from various Banks and FIs or directly obtained from the Development Authorities.

 

Currently, IIDL is executing and implementing projects in real estate and infrastructure sector.

Completed Projects:

 

IIDL has successfully completed its flagship state-of-the-art project ‘Fraser Suites’.
A serviced apartment project located in Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi. The serviced apartments are being managed by an internationally renowned chain called Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd. The project has 92 serviced apartments and a total constructed area of around 1,80,000 sq. ft. Fraser Suites provides an abundance of facilities like Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Kids room, Golf Simulator, Library Lounge and a fully equipped Business Centre with meeting facilities.

“IIDL Apartments Ramprastha” is ideally located at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The Living Space is surrounded by ample greens and has been specially developed to ensure minimum wastage of air and light circulation and maximum ventilation in the apartments.
“IFCI Bhawan” an office complex for IFCI Located at Cubbonpet Main Road, Bengaluru. The total built up area in the project is around 40,000 sq. ft. IIDL was appointed as Project Management Consultants (PMC) by IFCI Ltd for executing the project.

Ongoing Projects:

 

“IFCI Financial City”, at Bengaluru which is being developed in association with leading Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions and Government Departments. The land measuring 50 acres had been allotted to IIDL by the Government of Karnataka near Bengaluru International Airport. Currently the External Development work is being carried out and would be followed by development of some anchor blocks by IIDL.

“21st Milestone Residency” located prominently on 60m wide NH-58 (Delhi-Meerut) Road, is a Residential Project at Rajnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on 5 acres of land. The project proposes to develop around 5 lac sq. ft. of residential space. The project is estimated to be completed by end of year 2013.
“IIDL Aerie”, another Residential Project located in the prime residential area of Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. Panampilly Nagar is a key zone of Kochi which is well connected with M.G Road and the Marine Drive. The project has a mix of two and three bedrooms with garden area. The total approximate residential space is around 1,50,000 sq .ft with all modern amenities.
“Management Development Institute”, Murshidabad, West Bengal

A sprawling residential campus spreading over 10 Acres of land and the total built up space is around 3,50,000 sq. ft. IIDL has been appointed as the Project Management Consultants (PMC) for the project.
“IFCI Bhawan” the Office Complex of IFCI Ltd. at Ahmedabad strategically located on the main commercial CG Road to have a five storied building with a commercial space of 65000 sq. ft. IIDL is executing the project as PMC
